CAO (Conception Assistée par Ordinateur); CAD (Computer Aided Design)
Refers to the tools used in the early stages of product development, particularly in design offices. In this article, we consider CAD to be the activity of creating a model, with the CAD system containing the information required for calculation or manufacturing operations.
