Chromatography; chromatography
A technique for separating the constituents of a mixture using their different interactions in a stationary and mobile phase.
Chromatographie en phases inversées; reversed phase chromatography
Liquid chromatography in which the column is filled with an apolar phase, and the mobile phase is a polar mixture of water + organic modifier, methanol or acetonitrile.
Chromatographie en phases normales; normal phase chromatography
Liquid chromatography in which the column is filled with a polar phase, and the mobile phase is a mixture of low-polarity solvents, e.g. heptane + propanol.
Efficacité; efficiency
Capacity of a chromatographic column to produce fine peaks. Efficiency is measured in theoretical...
