INTRODUCTION
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) is a unique analytical technique in its ability to provide non-invasive information on molecular structure and dynamics, as well as on the local and global organization of matter. However, it is not very sensitive and not well suited to the study of microscopic samples. Rotating microdetectors are an innovative approach to increasing the sensitivity of NMR, enabling us to observe samples with very limited volumes that might otherwise be confined in thick-walled sample holders.
