4.1 Disturbance definitions
The purpose of this paragraph is to define the main concepts and quantities used in the study of radio disturbances. It will neither demonstrate nor describe in detail the theories to which it refers. Rather, it is intended to avoid ambiguities in the interpretation and presentation of results, and to make the text easier to understand for non-specialist readers.
