The Linky system enables Enedis to develop new services to control the HTA and LV networks in near-real time.

• Help to locate HV and LV incidents

  In the event of a network incident, the infrastructure sends alerts that enable the origin of the malfunction to be quickly identified and located, for example :

  • Breakage of neutrals or melting of LV fuses;

  • HTA faults: atmospheric aggression (lightning, storms), falling trees, third-party work or equipment failure.

  The service technician has a better idea of the source of the fault, which has been pre-located by the service in charge of network supervision, so he doesn't have to travel miles up the line.
