the weight of the substrate components ;
the weight of the conductors, possibly increased by frost overloads; more precisely, we need to consider the vertical component of the resultant of the cable's mechanical stresses, on either side of the support;
the weight of insulators or insulator chains, with their accessories, and any counterweights....
