6. Importance of logistics
If we consider the conditions under which a construction site is carried out, the logistical needs are clear.
Access to many areas requires scaffolding, which is all the more difficult to erect when volumes are small and already cluttered. A lot of equipment has to be decoated before work and recoated afterwards. We need to ensure that tools and spare parts are available to our operatives, at the right time and in the right place.
