Semolina; Semolina
Semolina is distinguished from flour by its coarser grain size and different chemical composition, and is obtained by the milling process, carried out in a semolina mill. The semolina mill differs from a flour mill

in the extent of its sifting operations. In addition to the grinding and sieving operations, sieving enables the particles to be sorted according to their shape and density, thus obtaining pure semolina as a finished product.
