It consists in using tables that are orthogonal to the model chosen by the experimenter. These tables have already been established by Taguchi and are ready for use. Some of them are shown in Doc.

. The only difficulty lies in choosing the right orthogonal table for the design. To choose this table, we first need to determine its dimensions, i.e. the number of trials to be performed, T, corresponding to the number of rows. The number of columns, C, corresponds to the number of elements making up the model.
Obviously, the choice of table is highly dependent on the model proposed.
