Evaporation — General principles

In this section, we have compiled the main physical and thermodynamic data concerning water and saturated steam:

• between 0 and 160°C and for pressures up to 6 bar (table 4 ) [26] ;

• between 0 and 374°C for higher pressures up to 200 bar (table 5 ) [26] .
