1. Forced mixture circulation
Equilibrium is achieved during circulation of the mixture. This method uses a separator to collect all circulating and equilibrated phases. The mixture is prepared in a tank and then circulated by pumping, pressure gradient or boiling.
In the case of a pressure gradient, the mixture is pressurized and circulated through a tube which acts, firstly, as a heat exchanger and, secondly, as an equilibration system; equilibrium is reached in the turbulent flow of the two phases before they are separated and analyzed.
