INTRODUCTION
This article deals with the thermodynamic equilibria (liquid-vapor, liquid-solid, chemical) of interfacial phenomena and presents an estimate of the thermodynamic data.
The latter can only sketch a panorama of methods or rules enabling the technician or engineer to obtain missing thermodynamic data and carry out his calculations, and the reader will often derive great benefit from the documentation sheet.
.
In general, we'll be seeking to bring out the foundations of the reasoning and ensure continuity in the examples. Our aim will be achieved if the reader, attracted by a particular point, takes pleasure in delving deeper into a sometimes complex issue.
