CERT / CSIRT: A computer emergency response team (CERT) or computer security incident response team (CSIRT) is a warning and response center for computer attacks, intended for companies or administrations, but whose information is generally accessible to all. The name CSIRT is preferred in Europe, CERT being a trademark registered in the USA by Carnegie-Mellon University.

FTP: FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a communications protocol for exchanging files over a network.

Malware: Malicious software, also known as malware, is a program developed for the purpose of damaging a computer system, without the consent of the user whose computer is infected.
