6. Conclusions and outlook
As evidence of the evolution of SOA towards concrete business applications, initiatives are now being created to facilitate and simplify the implementation of SOA standards and specifications. It's no longer a time for thinking about concepts, but for taking action by implementing and developing SOA applications. One grouping perfectly illustrates this gradual transition from thinking about modeling to putting SOA into practice in the development of enterprise information systems: WS-I, which aims to validate SOA specification and protocol "stacks" taken together, in given versions.
