Historically, hazard has been defined in different ways. In the MORT (Management Oversight and Risk Tree) analytical method presented by [41] , a hazard is primarily characterized by a transfer of energy. Similarly, in industrial robotics, a hazard was defined as an accumulation of energy leading to an accident. Hazard has also been defined as an inherent property of an object, substance or subsystem that has the capacity to cause harm.
