4. Conclusion
This article has enabled us to present an innovative methodology that breaks with the usual codes used in the development of a construction project. The main contribution is the objective and prospective quantification of the quality of a structure right from the upstream phase of a project. This quantification takes into account, on the one hand, the functional requirements set out in the specifications and, on the other, the builder's know-how. Once this metric has been established, it can be optimized by modeling the production process (the construction project) and formulating its transfer function. This last step introduces the complexity of the construction choices and the level of expertise of the people involved in the project as explanatory variables in the achievement of the expected level of quality.
