It is built in response to the three major challenges detailed in the previous chapter. For each of them, it provides an appropriate tool or approach, while maintaining overall coherence.

There's nothing more dangerous than juxtaposing instruments without ensuring logical continuity between them.

The systemic dimension of projects is taken into account through a preliminary process known as relevance diagnosis. It's no longer enough to manage a project in the best possible way. It has to be part of a broader approach, which is that of its usefulness to the community. The community is not only the beneficiary of the project, but is also confronted with a modified reality.

Before committing to a project, it's important to check that it's well-founded.
