4. Signs of acoustic quality

4.1 Qualitel certifications – Cerqual

The certification of a housing project is a voluntary process undertaken by a project owner (social landlord or developer), or a builder of single-family homes, who chooses to have the quality of its real estate programs controlled and validated, in order to enhance their value. The various certifications issued by Cerqual Qualitel Certification, a subsidiary of Qualitel, guarantee homeowners and housing users (residents, managers), among other things, thermal performance, quality materials and equipment, and acoustic comfort with respect to interior and exterior noise that exceeds regulatory requirements.
