Study and design phases
The act of building presupposes hydraulic and sanitary installations for one or more activities, which must be defined at the outset. These installations can only be built in compliance with the functional requirements of the activity, the environment, legislation and the rules of the trade, and within the limits of the financial resources that the project owner intends to devote to them. The size of the operation, the complexity of its implementation and the nature of the contract determine the project owner's conduct during project development, starting with programming at each of the following study and design phases:
