8. Cascade drainage
In this case, the water is channelled through the crossbeam to the upright. However, every 20 m, water must be discharged from the upright to the outside.
In France, the DTU prohibits the communication of the 2 chambers (upper and lower glazing) in the crosspieces. In Germany and other countries, there is no such restriction.
