4. Steam heating
This solution is used in industrial buildings where steam is available.
This is also the case for district heating systems on a city or neighborhood scale, with district heating networks supplying all types of buildings: housing, offices, schools, museums, municipal or industrial buildings, etc.
It consists of four elements: heat production units, a network of pipes that transports steam to exchange stations, and steam condensed into water after delivering its calories, which returns to the boiler room via another pipe, where it is used once again to produce steam before returning to the delivery stations. The network heat supply operates in a closed circuit.
