SPANC

The public sanitation department (SPANC) controls the conformity and operation of non-collective sanitation installations. It operates under the authority of the local authority responsible for sanitation (community of communes, agglomeration, metropolis or syndicate). Only he can carry out these statutory inspections, or have them carried out.
