Altitude

The elevation of a building is that of its main entrance.

Bay

An opening in an exterior wall is used for lighting, passage or ventilation. A transparent or translucent wall is considered a bay.

Attached buildings

Two buildings are said to be adjoined if they are juxtaposed and linked by adjoining walls, with a contact area of at least 15 m ² for houses and 50 m ² for other buildings. Attached buildings are considered as a single building.
