4. Residential ventilation
Ventilation can be natural or controlled mechanical (CMV), with single or double flow. It ensures optimum air renewal by extracting stale air from homes. For air-conditioned premises, CMV renews the air by controlling the quantity of air renewed. Coupled with a Canadian well or geothermal well, it provides natural cooling for the home.
