4. Fire safety service
4.1 General (MS 45)
Pursuant to article R. 123-11 of the French Construction and Housing Code, establishments must be supervised by a fire safety service as defined in section 4.2 while the public is present.

The establishment must be equipped with alarm and warning systems, a surveillance service and fire-fighting resources appropriate to the risks involved.
