 INTRODUCTION

The safety regulations governing fire and panic risks in public buildings (ERP), and the safety regulations governing the construction of high-rise buildings (IGH) and their protection against fire and panic risks, each provide for fire-resistant closing systems and smoke extraction systems with automatic or manual control, designed to limit the spread of the disaster in the event of fire by effectively partitioning off the premises.

The purpose of this instruction is to define the minimum requirements for the triggering mechanisms of these devices.
