1. In compliance with the provisions of article R. 122-18 of the French Construction and Housing Code, the heat load of elements not taken into account under article GH 16 (§ 4.2 of [TBA 3 051] ) (cladding, furniture and fittings, blinds, etc.), is less than 480 MJ/m ² of net floor area on average per compartment.
