Architectural concrete

A distinction is usually made between three types of architectural concrete, which are used in both the building and civil engineering sectors:

• white concrete, composed solely of white constituents (cement, sand and gravel in particular);

• light-colored concrete, made from white cement combined with light-colored aggregates; its color depends solely on the aggregates (no additional colorants);
