Slopes of tile roofs
The minimum slopes for interlocking or gliding clay tile roofs are as follows (see paragraphs 1, 6 and 7 of the fascicule) ) :
type of tile: raised or flat;
Tile format: large mould or small mould;
the area of application and the location of the building;
the presence or absence of an underlayment.
Minimum roofing slopes based on the above data are specified in tables 1, 2 and 3. These tables are valid for slopes whose length does not exceed 12 m in horizontal projection.
Note :slopes with a horizontal projection of more than 12 m require special waterproofing provisions at the bottom...
