Concrete admixtures

BAP

Self-compacting concrete requiring no vibration for placement.

BFUP

Ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete.

BHP

Concrete with a mechanical strength of between 60 and 100 Mpa.

BTHP

Concrete with very high mechanical strength, over 100 MPa.

Compact

Ratio of theoretical void-free volume to apparent volume.

Coulis

Very liquid mortar.

Fine

Thin elements smaller than 0.063 mm.

Creep

Slow, irreversible deformation of concrete under its own weight or under load.

Fluidizer

A product which, with the same workability, significantly reduces the water content of concrete (thus increasing its strength) or which, with the same water content, significantly increases its workability.
