Construction site waste management

Regulations require construction companies to keep an "outgoing waste" register containing information on all waste produced by the company: site waste and office waste.

Companies producing excavated soil and sediments must keep a specific register; however, to meet this obligation more easily, works companies can ask waste operators to provide them with an extract from their own register for the waste that concerns them (article R.541-43-1 of the Environmental Code).
