6. Obligations of employers and employees
The regulations resulting from the transposition of the Framework Directive into French law in the Law of December 31, 1991 define the respective obligations of company managers and employees. These obligations are transcribed in extenso.
Articles L. 4121-1 and L. 4121- 2 (formerly L. 230-2) of the French Labor Code set out the general principles of prevention for which the company manager is responsible in terms of health and safety:
