2.1 Stakeholder information
This plan covers :
on-site supervisory staff of the structural works company and the various trades;
Dealers in charge of connections;
the heads of the teams responsible for preparing, assembling and installing the various installations.
2.2 Main contractor
The project manager is directly concerned by the SOP. The site installation plan is always submitted to the project manager for approval and signature.
