1.1 Design and service (CO1)
Establishments must be designed and served in accordance with the provisions set out in this article in order to allow, in the event of a disaster :
rapid and orderly evacuation of all people, or delayed evacuation if necessary;
emergency response;
limiting the spread of fire.
However, designers are free to choose between the options indicated in sections
