ERP fire safety - Type EF establishments - Floating establishments or stationary boats and boats parked on inland waters receiving the public

The establishment must be located at a maximum distance of 60 m from a road that can be used by emergency equipment, known in short as the "equipment road", distance measured by the access path, unless there is a fireboat based in the same reach, and after consultation with the Safety Commission.

A water intake or suction point less than 6 m high at low water must be installed on the access road to the establishment, and within 200 m of it.

Establishments which do not comply with the provisions of the preceding paragraphs may be subject to compensatory requirements, subject to the opinion of the Safety Commission.
