4. Proposed summary of specifications
The most complete structure of a specification drawn up by an engineering company is made up of the following elements.
The requisition is in fact a complete summary of the entire consultation file. It lists all the elements making up the file, with a strict indication of revision indices. Careful updating of the requisition will avoid many misunderstandings later on: working on incomplete files in total ignorance, using out-of-date documents, etc. The requisition also indicates the order of precedence of documents: the first cited takes precedence over subsequent documents in the event of contradiction.
