2. Hybrid models
The model is the translation of the dynamic behavior of a physical system into an abstract representation. It is a necessary step in any study that cannot be reduced to experimentation. Its quality, in terms of fidelity to reality, but also its legibility and usability, are essential.
2.1 Basics of representation
We have already mentioned the continuous/discrete dichotomy and its methodological consequences. To enable a more homogeneous representation of these two types of systems, within the framework of an SDH approach, we can :
