Multisite MES application - Case of the BIOPROD project of the SARIA group

The functional scope covered on all sites is very extensive. It includes control and command (automation), supervision (human-machine interface, recording and display of measurements, alarm management), launch and follow-up of operations associated with production orders, their traceability, management of materials and workshop stocks, as well as upward and downward genealogy of raw materials, products and co-products. These functions are complemented by others that fall slightly outside the scope of MES, such as inventory and delivery route management.
