5.1.1 Tin substitution, ZrO2-SnO2-TiO2 diagram: ZST material

The so-called ZST material in this diagram is constructed from titanium zirconate ZrTiO4 in which tin partially takes the place of zirconium and titanium; the ZrTiO4 material has a positive stability coefficient τf of + 50 to + 60 ppm/K.
