Diagram; diagram
Refers to a phase diagram used to visualize compounds and the proportions of their components; binary diagrams for two components, ternary diagrams for three components, and so on.
Quality factor
Ratio of stored energy to dissipated energy.
Dielectric resonator
A ceramic component with high dielectric constant, resonating at a specific frequency, temperature-stable, and having a low dielectric loss tangent.
Stoichiometry
