Atmospheric refrigerants.

Industrial coolers, such as air-cooled condensers, are medium (4 MW) or large (up to 180 MW) capacity units, characterized mainly by their compact size, which requires on-site installation of the various components delivered disassembled.

Air coolers can be made up of a single unit for low and medium air flows (400 m³/s), or of several adjacent units for high air flows (up to 9,000 m³/s).

The grouping of several air-cooled condensers side by side is called a bench (figure 5). The air-cooled condensers installed side by side on the bench are mounted in parallel.
