Developing hydrogen-powered mobility (heavy-duty vehicles)

Value chain costs are :

• TCO or total cost of ownership ;

• the total investment cost of building the hydrogen stations needed to recharge heavy-duty hydrogen vehicles;

• the cost of hydrogen.

The calculation of the TCO of the heavy vehicle deployment project takes into account the following costs over the life of the vehicle:

• the total investment cost for the acquisition of heavy-duty hydrogen vehicles, including purchase, delivery, installation, certification and commissioning;

• the cost of energy consumption ;

• the cost of maintaining heavy vehicles ;

• the cost of insurance.
