Develop an employer mobility plan that complies with regulations and Low-Emission Zone (LEZ) objectives

Set 3 to 6 objectives (e.g., modal share, reduction in car miles, tCO2e, site accessibility, air quality).

Define governance: project lead, project committee (HR [Human Resources]/HSE [Health, Safety, Environment]/Real Estate/Purchasing/Logistics), coordination with the CSE (Social and Economic Committee)/NAO (Mandatory Annual Negotiations)/QVCT (Quality of Life and Working Conditions).

Prioritize target groups and uses: employees, shift workers, visitors, service providers, vehicle fleet, light commercial vehicles (LCVs)/heavy-duty trucks (HDTs).
