1. Heat exchanger and process: the role of the component, its applications and its link with process energy performance
In order to fully understand the influence of the heat exchanger component on industrial systems and processes, and consequently the reciprocal influences and links between the component, the system and the energy performance of the process, we first need to define the scope of use and therefore the purpose of the heat exchanger itself.
This article looks specifically at the influence of heat exchanger operation within processes and the resulting energy performance.
