6. Definition of an ecological technical itinerary
This literature review shows an overall lack of generalizability of the results obtained in the international scientific literature, and more particularly for certain practices (irrigation, rootstock, vine establishment) whose impact on soil biological quality has been little studied. In spite of this, it seems pertinent to identify an innovative winegrowing technical itinerary that could potentially be virtuous for soil biological quality. This technical itinerary should enable the profession to orientate its practices and test the economic and environmental sustainability of these new systems through specific experiments in different regions.
