4. Take the administrative steps

Two types of administrative procedures may apply to you once the inventory has been completed, depending on whether or not your establishment has already been classified. You may, however, benefit from a right to prior classification.

4.1 Procedures for an already classified establishment

For a site already classified, if the addition of a heading to the classification and/or a change of regime has been identified, notification of the changes in the elements of the operating permit application file must be submitted to the Prefect.
