2. Identify public information obligations
Two situations need to be distinguished.
The first is when environmental information relating to your facility must be spontaneously made available to the public: this is when the declaration receipt is issued, and then, if your facility is subject to periodic inspection, when the inspection report is drawn up.
In the second, the public takes the initiative in requesting access to environmental information relating to your facility: this is the information request, which can be made at any time during the operation of your facility.
