Several types of intervention can be associated with external players at your facility.

2.1 Developing regulations

The regulatory texts governing the opening, operation and closure of classified facilities are drawn up by the Ministry of Ecology, the Conseil Supérieur de la Prévention des Risques Technologiques and the Ministry's decentralized departments.

Ministry of Ecology: its name varies from one government to another; it is currently known as the "Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy", and comprises five directorates.
