By visiting the ABC website, which manages and maintains an up-to-date list of accredited service providers (i.e. those who have undergone Bilan Carbone® training and are up to date with their ABC membership fees).

What does a Bilan Carbone® study actually contain?

The Bilan Carbone® has many advantages over other greenhouse gas inventories, since it integrates :

• a "carbon" database containing a large number of emissions factors; it is regularly updated with data from French multi-sector feedback (cf. Agence de l'environnement et de la maîtrise de l'énergie. Base Carbone);

• an exhaustive scope for taking emissions into account (of the Life Cycle Assessment type), leading to results that are compatible with and extractable from a variety of formats: greenhouse gas standards...
