Mastering registration obligations

The prefect has sent you a registration order containing general operating requirements.

• Can you start up your classified installation subject to registration?

• What operating conditions do you need to meet?

Before commissioning your plant, you must submit a registration application to the local prefect. The standard procedure lasts five months from receipt of the complete and regular application; it can be extended by two months by means of a reasoned order.
